Get Wisdom, Get Understanding Annie, OIC

"Get Wisdom, Get Understanding"

(Proverbs 19:8-11)
He who gets wisdom loves his own soul, he who cherishes understanding will prosper.
Lord,I love my own soul, please give me wisdom.I cherish understanding therefore I Will prosper.
A mans' wisdom gives him patience;it is to his glory to overlook an offence.
Lord, I have wisdom and patience, it is for your glory that I will overlook an offence today.
He who obeys instruction guards his soul, but he who is contemptuous of his ways will die.
Lord, I will obey your instruction and you will guard my soul.I will not be contemptuous.
Listen to advice, accept instruction, and in the end you will be wise.
Lord, I will listen to advice and instruction, I want your wisdom.
Many are the plans of a mans heart, but the Lords' purpose prevails.
Lord, I have many plans I want to succeed, but; I know your plans will prevail.

Prayer for Gods' Wisdom
Proverbs 2:1-5
Yes, if I cry out for insight and raise my voice for understanding.
"If I receive God's words and treasure up his commandments within me, making my ears attentive to the skillful and godly wisdom and inclining and directing my heart and mind to his understanding {applying all his powers in me in the quest for it.}if I cry out for insight and raise my voice for understanding, if I seek your wisdom as for silver and search for skillful and godly wisdom as for hidden treasures, then I will understand the reverent and worshipful fear of you Lord, then I will find the knowledge of you, our omniscient God."In Jesus name. Amen.

ALONE WITH GOD Annie, OIC

"Alone With God" Annie, OIC
(My notes taken from My Utmost for His Highest)

Mark 4:34: "When they were alone he expounded (explained) all things to his disciples."

We learn things through our life experience as we mess up. When we let him Jesus will reveal our true selves (our hearts) to us; at times we ignore what he is trying to show us. We at times think we are so good. In His love and mercy for us He trys to show us these things so he can free us from them; to change us to more like Him, for His purpose not our own.

Proverbs 12:13
The wicked is snared by the words of his mouth; but the just shall come out of trouble.

Proverbs 12:20
Deceipt is in the heart of them that imagine evil; but the counselers of peace is joy.

Mark 4:22(Jesus)
"There is nothing hidden which shall not be manifested, neither is there anything that is kept secret but, it shall come abroad."

Prayer: Lord Jesus, as we are alone with you today we admit our faults and failures to you. We admit the deceit in our heart, the hidden things we want no one to know. We know you already see them and we trust you to cleanse us and free us from it. I chose to renounce the hidden things that may come out of my mouth, put your words in my mouth instead. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

My Daily Prayer
Lord, I come to you to worship you for you are great and greatly to be praised. I open my heart to you, teach me from your word. In Jesus' name. amen

ADORATION - ANNIE, OIC

Drinking In Life
Sister Ann, OIC

Adoration

John 20:27-28
Then saith Jesus to Thomas, reach here thy finger touch and behold my hands, thrust it into my side and be not faithless but believing
. (Jesus was referring to the nail marks in his hands and the piercing of his side, the proof of the sacrifice he made for all of mankind.)
And Thomas answered and said, "My Lord and my God."( I am quite sure Thomas was on his knees at this point. When we as the called out church finally come to the realization of what he did for us we will be on our knees crying "My Lord and my God" as well.)

Take a moment to Adore Him this morning. He is the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings he is more than worthy of our praise. Praise him today for His Majesty, Thank Him for loving you enough to allow Himself to be pierced. He desires a close personal relationship with you. Jesus did not desire the piercings He took for us to be made into hard loveless religion and old fashion traditions.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, we thank you for your dominion and the promised hope of your coming. Thank you for the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Be compassionate and forgiving of us here at OverComers In Christ Ministry. We also will be loving and forgiving towards each other for any hurt or offense we have caused one another. Help us Lord to love and forgive as you love and forgive so we can bring Glory to your Name. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.

My Daily Prayer
Lord, I come to you to worship you for you are great and greatly to be praised. I open my heart to you, teach me from your word. In Jesus' name. amen.

Each one of us should use the gifts we have received to serve God and others, faitfully administering Gods’grace in its’ various forms.

1st Peter 4:10 (cev)
Each one of you have been blessed with one of Gods’ many wonderful gifts to be used in the service of others. You should use your gifts well.

The Lord Jesus calls His Church His Gifted Bride. His word says we have wonderful gifts inside our soul. Gifts that will bring us great joy and gladness if we will only use them. Our gifts are sometimes buried deep inside just waiting to be discovered. Lord, help us not to let them be swallowed up by our daily distractions and drowned up by disappointments. I am ready and willing to open my heart to You to receive from You. Show me how to unwrap all my hopes and dreams. Teach me who You made me to be. You Lord are the Giver of every perfect gift. I will not be afraid to believe what You tell me. Your gifts are everlasting and priceless. I love you Lord, I am your princess bride.

Faint Not Annie, OIC

Faint Not
Annie, OIC

Deut. 20:1,3,4
When you go fourth into battle (spiritual) against your enemies and you see their army is greater than yours, do not be afraid nor dismaid, or be in fear of them, for it is the lord your God, whom has brought you out of Egypt,( The house of bondage) it is He that is with you….let not your mind be troubled, nor let your heart faint: fear not, do not tremble, nor be ye terrified, do not dread them, for the Lord your God goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to save you..

What an awesome verse to read about when it seems like everything and everybody is coming against you no matter what you try to do: there someone else comes to put a spiritual dart in your spirit. The question I am asking myself is, is this attack of God trying to strengthen me or is it of the devil trying to destroy me?
Either way I am holding on to this verse that strongly tells me that God will fight it for me. I don’t have to. All I need do is stand on His word.

The faint in heart however, can not take much which is where I usually am. I am guilty of fleeing when times get tough especially in the Spirit because I cant see where I am going most of the time. When we are in an emotional state of mind we can not take much especially those of us who have already had a lot of abusive relationships. The first sign of trouble Im out the door. Fear, lack of commitment to God or faint at heart. Either way, the faint of heart have to have everything going their way to stick it out. We do that with God to, first sign of hard times were back in our carnal state, out of our spiritual journey and back on the paved light road to destruction until we hit a bump and then its back to the narrow and difficult road we go. Especially if God is leading us to new levels we have prayed for but did not quite know when it was coming. All the sudden there it is a new spirital level. It causes emotional fear.

I can relate, I get discouraged about the pettiest things and very depressed at times I cry over nothing, there are times I feel like a conduit, where I can feel a little bit of what others are feeling. These times can be scary and make me want to shut down my spiritual senses. These are the times I want to stop feeling anything. What do we do about it? What do we do when we are faint of heart? We throw our hands up and say “God I cant do this it is to hard”. “This is too much for me. Your putting to much on me at one time.”

I am so thankful that Jesus does not do that to me. He is a gentleman He waits. I thank God that through Jesus Christ my Lord I do not have to stay this way, I do not have to be a spiritual mess. There is power and anointing through Jesus Christ my Lord that can and in fact is breaking my faint hearted spirit. He is helping me to stand strong for Him and in my faith. He can and will for you to, just believe and it shall be done. I will say I can do all things through Christ who is within me and gives me the strength I need.

Lord Jesus Christ, I pray our prayers will come to your throne as incense. Let the lifting of my hands be as an evening sacrifice. In Jesus name. amen. psalm 141:2

Forgiveness Annie, OIC

Forgiveness
Annie, OIC

Ephesians 1:7- In Him (Jesus Christ) we (His children) have redemption through His shed blood; the forgiveness of (our) sins, ( and sins others commit against us) according to the riches of His grace, (Jesus)

This is why it is soo important that we forgive others their trespasses against us. In the Lord Jesus we have redemption and the power to forgive sins and hurts. He has given it to us, we must give it others. Many of us have a hard time forgiving those who have wronged us. What if God treated us this way? We would not begin to understand. We forgive one thing someone says to us but not the other. We pick and chose what we are willing to forgive on a daily basis. We tend to keep score of all the wrongs others have done us, including everything they owe us. Jesus clearly tells us we must forgive wrongs and debts others have toward us especially our brothers and sisters in Christ.

What if the Lord Jesus kept a scoreboard with our names on it and wrote would he would forgive based on how we treated Him that day? A big blackboard where He wrote what He was willing to forgive and what what He was not willing to forgive all based on how much we hurt Him that day. I am guilty of that very thing. I chose what I will or wont forgive and it makes me so miserable. What is the point in me being in hurt and misery all day because someone I love looks at me wrong, or appears to be doing something I have preserved across the room as doing. When in fact its my own self pitty and insecurities not my beloveds. I would have saved myself a lot of greif if I had just said outloud, Lord I forgive that look, that negitive attitude, or what I perseve is accouring to hurt me. Jesus is the healer of my broken or fractured heart and my emotions.

I am so thankful Jesus is not like me, I am glad when we ask forgiveness He is faithful and just to forgive and wipes the board clean. We should do the same after all He did say follow me. Through he shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ our sins are forgiven according to His riches in glory. Through His grace we have access to the blood of Jesus to chose to forgive sins of others and hurts they cause us. All we need do is use it. Lord Jesus I choose to forgive the hurts and pains others have caused me today and ask you to cover me with your shed blood and heal me in Jesus name. He gives us the grace we need to forgive others. In Jesus name. amen.

According to the book praying Gods word by Beth Moore, unforgiveness is bondage and sometimes needs to be broken with the word of God. Example prayers in this book are these; lord, as hard as this may be for me to comprehend or even rationalize, your word is clear if I want forgiveness, I must forgive.

Matt. 6:14
For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly father will forgive yours
.

Notice the key word are if you forgive and will forgive meaning if we don’t forgive others He will not forgive ours.

Father, according to your word if I judge others you will judge me. With the same measure as I judge you will judge me.

Matt. 7:1-2
Judge not least ye be judged. For with what judgement ye judge, ye also shall be judged and with what measure ye shall be measured.

We have no business judging what we see others doing we have a bad habit. Not only is it non of our business we perseve things wrong most of the time and cause severe hurt.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, the apostle Peter asked a very important question, “Lord how many times shall I forgive my brother when he sins against me? Up to seven times? You my Lord responded to his question by saying; “ I tell you, not seven times but seventy times seven.” Matt. 18:21-22 Lord help us to forgive others as you have forgiven us. In Jesus name. Amen.

Overcoming Life's Daily Issues Annie, OIC

Overcome Life’s Daily Issues
Annie, OIC

Luke 4:1,14
Verse 1
“And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan and was led by the Holy Spirit into the wilderness.”

The wilderness is the desert, the dry places of life. Notice in this verse that the Bible says Jesus was full of the Holy Ghost and led by the Holy Ghost into the wilderness.

Verse 14
“And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee; and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about
.”

We overcome life’s issues by remaining in the power of the Holy Spirit. It is apparently possible to go out full of the Holy Spirit and come back full even from the dry places in life. It does take daily maintenance for most of us. Some of us need a closer walk than others. Constant prayer and reading Gods’ word will make this possible. It is not possible to go to church only on Sundays and expect to walk in the fullness of Gods’ power all week it does not work that way. It takes constant communication with the Lord to walk in strength and power. Walk in His Love and mercy daily.

Prayer from Matthew 22: 37-38

Lord Jesus, I love you with all my heart, all my soul, and all my mind. This is the first and greatest commandment you have given me. I surrender all I am to you. You do not force me I give myself freely. Thank you for stealing my heart from this world. I embrace you and your truths. Nothing can separate me from the love of Christ. I am complete only in you. You are my Prince of Peace who always waits for me. Thank You Jesus. Amen

JESUS Annie, OIC

JESUS
Annie, OIC

Psalm 2
Serve the Lord with fear and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son least he be angry with you and you be destroyed in your ways. Blessed are those who take refuge in him.

Genesis 1:26
“let us make man in our image and in our likeness and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock over all the earth and over all creation that moves along the ground.”

Come to Jesus he has blessings unknown waiting for you. Come and drink his water of life from his golden cup of salvation. Do you know if you are wearing robes of righteousness or a robe of salvation. There is a difference in your walk here on the earth and there will be a difference in where you will be in the kingdom of God. Stagger not at the promises of God but be fully persuaded that he will do what his word says he will do. Walk in righteousness power and a sound mind and enter kingdom rest. The natural mind of man can not understand nor contain the things of God but, as you walk in the light of Gods’ word you will see in the Spirit and understand. Then your cup will runneth over and you will say its too much Lord, and he will say I am the God of to much. In fact I am the God of more than enough. When we run our cup over we call it waste, but when God pours our cup to overflow he calls it prosperity for the soul.

Remember this beloved, the heart of God is the Father, The Face of God is the son, The Lord Jesus Christ, The Voice of God is His Holy Spirit, but, the Hand of God is his bride the church. Walk in it.

Psalm 1
Prayer:
Father God, Great and Mighty Jehova, my delight is in your law. On your law I meditate day and night and seek your face, the face of my father. You watch over me for I am in your rightousness, I proudly wear my robe of righteousness. My cup of your prosperity for my soul runneth over. I freely drink deep the water of life you give in your golden cup. I praise you savior in Jesus name amen.

Are you In The Boat Or On The Waves Annie, OIC

Are You In The Boat Or On The Waves?
Annie, OIC
(From My Notes Taken During A Most Powerful Sermon By Pastor Richard Sego)

Matthew 14:22-33
(26)and when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, it is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.(have you ever been troubled by what Jesus is showing you to do?)
(27)but straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.

(is there something the Lord is showing you over and over to do and you cant do it for fear?) if so He is saying to you today, "be not afraid; it is I".

There are reasons for walking on the water. (walking in faith)
A. You must leave the boat to walk on the water. ( you must leave the warm traditions of religious practice and walk on the water with Jesus.)
B You must then in love and devotion to Jesus Christ launch out into the deep and do the impossible even if it makes no since to you or anyone else.
If the spirit of God is telling you to do it, just do it.

There are requirements for walking on water.
A. You personally have to want to be where Jesus is. He is in the shallow end at first but, after awhile he expects you to want to move out of the shallow into the deep. You must want to be with him more than that fear of failure you have.
B. He is waiting for you there wanting you to say, "Lord, bid me to come". Then he expects you to go in love and desire for him and his permissive will. Then in faith you must "get out of the boring religious boat."

There are rules for walking on water.
A. Don't' watch the waves."Peter started sinking because he was looking at the waves after he started walking in faith, instead of keeping his eyes on Jesus."
B. Do not listen to the religious, jealous, people who are to comfortable inside there little boat to launch out in faith and do anything. They will try to get you to get back in the boat. Keep your eyes on Christ and listen to his Holy Spirit.
C. Don't listen to the critics in the boat. Keep walking forward in Christ on the waves. The good news is if you do start doubting and sinking he will be there to lift you up just like he did Peter.

There are rewards for walking on the water.
"Being with Jesus, not in front nor behind, walking with him. On the waves is the reward."

Prayer
"Lord, Jesus, your word says that those who believe you are your sheep. Your sheep listen and know your voice. You know us; and we follow you. You give us eternal life, and we shall never perish. no one can snatch us from the Fathers' hand. For you and the Father are one."(John 10:26-30)

WHEN YOU ARE LONELY ANNIE, OIC

When You Are Lonely and You Need the Lover of Your Soul!
Annie, OIC

We all face days in this life when the people we love with all our hearts just don't understand our pain. There were times in my life when I literally had no one to turn to. That is when Jesus does his best work in us if we will let him. In times past I had turned to other things. Anger, rebellion, health problems, excessive weight gain had all occurred because I was not totally leaning on Christ. All these things are also curses that came on me from being yoked to an unbeliever. As soon as I determined in my heart that I was going to trust in Jesus and love him completely with ALL my Heart, Soul, Mind and Strength, and I stepped out in faith to the life God called me to along time ago. All those curses fell off of me. I have been completely delivered from the anger, bitterness, strife, confusion, weight gain, depression, fear, rebellion, and all my health problems. The scriptures in the bible even come alive more now than ever. I am not telling you to leave anyone. I am telling you to do what God is burdening your heart to do this moment. This scripture touched my heart yesterday like never before. Read it today with a fresh out look and let it speak to you. May the God of peace give you his comfort, in Jesus Name.

2nd Corinthians 1:3-4
Blessed be the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ who is the father of (sympathy)He pitys me and has mercy on me. My God is my source.
The source of my every comfort. He comforts me and consoles me in my every trouble, calamity, and affliction. So that I may also be able to comfort, and encourage those who are in trouble or distress, with the comfort of (him) will I also be able to comfort others who are in distress.

2nd Corinthians 4:17-18
In this (small) (temporary) trouble I am in it will bring me (tremendous) joy far greater than the trouble is. For I fix my attention not on the things that are seen but, on the things that are unseen (Gods' Kingdom) For the things that are seen (at this present time) lasts but for a moment, but what cannot be seen lasts for all eternity

2nd Thess. 2:16-17My Lord Jesus Christ himself and my God the father, who loved me and gave me everlasting consolation and encouragement and well founded hope (through) his Grace (unmerited favor) He comforts me and encourages my heart. He strengthens me and makes me (steadfast) and (keeps)me (unswerving)in every good work.

He will do the same for you if you will let him. He is no respecter of persons. God Bless.

My Daily Prayer!

Lord, I come to you to worship you for you are great and greatly to be praised. I open my heart to you, teach me from your word. In Jesus' name. amen.

Experience or Revelation Annie, OIC

Experience or Revelation
Annie, OIC

1 Cor. 2:12
"We have received the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are given of God."

The spirit of God takes me out of myself and my experiences, and identifies me with Christ. My experiences and not worth anything unless they keep me at the source, Jesus Christ. No experience is dearer to me than my Lord. There comes a time when God will make us impatient with our own experiences. No matter what our experiences are, we are to be sure of him. We should be careful of talking too much about our experiences to others. Other Christians might not understand what God is trying to show you. Faith that is sure of itself is not faith. Faith that is sure of God is the only faith there is.
The christian answer to any experience in life's experiences or revelations is fellowship with christian believers. Those who desire to be unified in the faith of our Lord and Savior. We need this to remain free from the bondages of sin and its cycle of defeat in our lives. Though lust, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. We renounce the hidden things of darkness. We have come to know and depend on the light of Jesus Christ. He is the way the truth and our life. We encourage each other in the Lord to forgive and forget the things of the past and to press forward for the calling of God in Christ Jesus, who is our Lord. In the past I was lukewarm in the faith, I was blinded by the schemes of the devil, I was taken captive by satans will in different seasons in my life. I was abused in my youth and at times in my marriage and other previous relationships. Even by my own mother whom I loved very much. I was traumatized and neglected. Improperly trained in the ways of Christ growing up. I have now learned to always in every occasion forgive those who have hurt me. I trust in Gods' promises that he will heal, deliver, protect, and comfort me for I am one of his anointed. For those who are still on the road to self destruction as I was, weather it be drugs, alcohol, or sexual passions. Having done much damage to ourselves by living this lifestyle, we seek God for you through his word and Jesus Christ our Lord. We ask him to open doors for you and make amends, to restore us and you where its needed most. For some of us he has already worked healing and restoration both in us and through us. We pray it for you as well. His divine nature and power turns into our testimony. All for his Glory. Having the past and temptations we all have we admit our need for more maintenance than most. We need friendships and meetings for continued support and direction to remain free from the addiction of sin. To follow the path of eternal and abundant life in Christ Jesus.

Ruth 4:13-17
"Blessed is the Lord who has not left you without a redeemer this day, may his name be famous in Israel, may he also be to you, a restorer of your old age."

Rev. 22:3-5
Father God, We look forward to an eternity void of the kingdom of darkness. No longer will there be may more curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and your servants will serve you. We will see your face, and your name will be on our foreheads, there will be no more night, we will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for you, The Lord God, will be our light and we will enjoy your reign forever and ever. In Jesus we have all the light we need to keep us from darkness. Lord Bless you.

My prayer

Lord, I come to you to worship you for you are great and greatly to be praised. I open my heart to you, teach me from your word. In Jesus' name. amen.

Justified By Faith Annie, OIC

"Justified by Faith"
Annie, OIC

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. By whom we also have access by faith; into his Grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God; and not only so, but we glory in tribulations also; knowing that tribulations work patience; and patience, experience, and experience, hope, and hope maketh us not ashamed because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy ghost who liveth in us.(Romans 5:1-5)

Now Read 2 Peter 1:1-11 "It Says It All"
Through faith and patience we receive the promises. His ways when we are still in darkness are higher than our ways as is His thoughts higher than our thoughts. If we keep our flesh buffeted and walk in the Light on His Spiritual Path His Light will then give us the Mind of Christ. Then we will stop trying to figure it all out; forgive and simply obey.

Acts 5:32 tells us that:
You receive the Holy Spirit when you obey. And to obey is to walk and do his will according to the faith that is in you. Do the fathers' business and he will take care of yours.

Romans 5:2
Through the Lord Jesus Christ we have access by faith into his Grace which we firmly stand. We rejoice and exult in our hope and experience and we enjoy the Glory of God.

In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

LOVE Annie, OIC

LOVE
Annie, OIC

God is love and in him is no darkness at all. Only light. There are people who actualy think God is happy when bad things happen to other people. Jesus died on the Cross for the sins of every man. We were born full of sin. A Holy God cannot tolerate sin. Jesus was and is the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. Please do not get happy when bad things happen to those you in your own self righteous judgement thinks should have happened because of what you think they did. It is not up to us to judge each others sin or motive for it, We are not the judge nor the law giver. Only God knows a mans heart. What we are suppose to do is love. Love is an action word. Love does something about a matter. we are to do as Christ commanded us to do.Love, feed, clothe, visit, show mercy, show grace, we are the hands and feet of the Lord Jesus, he is in our hearts, and should be in our actions, let us be doers of the word of God and not just talk aboput it.

Joy Of The Lord Annie, OIC

The Joy Of The Lord
Annie, OIC

Nehemiah 8:5
And Ezra opened the book in the sight of all the people (for he was above all people) and when he opened it, all the people stood up; ( illustrating the correct response to Gods’ word)
Nehemiah 8:6
And Ezra blessed the Lord the great God and all the people said, amen. amen. with the lifting of the hands and they bowed their heads to the ground and worshiped the Lord.
Nehemiah 8:10
He further said to them “go eat foods and drink sweet drinks and send portions to whom ever has nothing prepared for the day is Holy unto the Lord our God. Do not be sad for the joy of the Lord is your strength.

In Nehemiah 8:5 when Ezra opened the word of God the people stood up showing respect for Gods’ word. Then Ezra blessed the Lord and the people lifted up their hands in worship. Then they bowed down in humbleness. After they bowed down to the ground in prostrate manner which was custom that the church today does not do in where is we lack the power the first church had. They did this to show worship and adoration, to our Lord and savior. Then after they worshiped and adored and read the torrah they were told to “go eat foods and drink sweet drink”, this is symbolizing that God was pleased with their worship. Then he said “ for the Joy of the Lord is your strength.” Which symbolizes how full of the joy of the Lord we are when we praise him for who he is, when we worship him for what he has already done, when we adore him for his anointing within us. Then we have touched the heart of God and his joy shall then be our strength.

The Promises Of God Annie, OIC

The Promises Of God
Annie, OIC

There are many Promises in the Word of God about lifes issues. We often call everyone we know especially those who can not take care of themselves to tell us what to do. Instead we as Gods’ children should learn how to speak to our problems with the Word of God as our solutions.

We worry about many things when most times we cause our own problems out of our own faithlessness. Our finances and material needs like gas, food clothes, household products and personal items are really all in Gods’ hands for He knows what we need even before we ask. Is that not what the word says,

Matthew 6:31 says; Therefore take no thought, saying what shall we eat? What shall we drink? Or where shall we be clothed?(32) (for after all these things do the Gentiles seek) ( we are the Gentiles if you are not Jewish you are a Gentile) For your Heavenly Father Knows you have need of all these things.(33) But, seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness: and all these things shall be added unto you.

Do you know this is not just a suggestion Jesus is giving here. He is the power and authority of God the Father, He is not just merely suggesting these things He is commanding us as believers that we should Seek First the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness here and now on the earth and in so doing He will supply all our need according to His riches and glory. He will give us the victory in everything all we need do is Faith Up and Stand on a Promise. The same is true for abundance in our finances, Jesus said the Kingdom of God is at hand. Its now in us. Doing the will of the Father is believing on Gods Promises in Christ Loving as Christ loved. Feeding the poor not just by donating a dollar or two on Sunday. Actively taking from your abundance and giving to someones lack. Believe it or not some have 3 and 4 refridgeraters full claiming lack while others have none yet the poor have Faith. We are to literally take in the stranger. Yes, into our own homes showing love, kindness and mercy. Giving drink to the thirsty. Yes, out of our own closet, clothing the naked even if its your favorite jeans and t shirt. Then God will shine in your heart like the noon day sun and you will be blessed above all you could ask or think.

Psalm 92:12 The Righteous shall flourish like a palm tree:he shall grow like a Cedar in Lebanon.

He didn’t say maybe He said shall flourish. OIC wants to flourish and be like a mighty Cedar tree in Lebanon. We will. We believe God means what His Word says and we stand on it. Be Blessed in Jesus name and stand on the promises of God.

1st Timothy says it best. Verses 6:8 and having food and rainment let us be content.

We praise you oh Lord for your infinite riches of grace that were poured out for us on Calvary, give us strength love and courage as we do the same as You by obeying your commands, trusting Your Promises and actively loving and caring for others as You did, In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Feeling Unloved and Rejected - Annie, OIC

Feeling Unloved and Rejected
Annie, OIC

Good morning ladies. Are you feeling lonely, rejected, depressed?
Do you have a man in your life that you love with all your heart and just feel like he is tearing it apart? I know how you feel girl. I've been there so many times I have lost count. I praise God and my Lord Jesus Christ that now when I feel like that, I now know who to run to. My first and most important love; the lover of my soul, my redeemer, my soul mate, my friend, my husband. His name is Jesus. He loves me and accepts me when everyone in my life has just broken my heart and made me feel like trash. Jesus is there to carry me. He holds me when I cry. He has told me to tell you that He loves you the same way He loves me. He died for you and longs to hold you and take every pain away. You have to be willing to give it to Him. just tell Him you love Him. That's all He wants from you. Here are a couple of verses He gave me this week when I was feeling unloved and broken. I pray you will let the Holy Spirit come in and heal your brokenness as you read his word.take these scriptures and read them out loud and put your name there.

Example; "Annie a three fold cord is not easily broken."
This was a scripture reminder he gave me the other morning.

Prayer;
Lord Jesus I thank You for comforting me in my times of separation from my loved ones and my times of loneliness I worship You and praise You as I wait to receive your great and precious promises that your word has given me.

Eccessalies 4:9-12
"Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their labors. For if they fall, the one will lift up the other. But, woe to him (her) that is alone when he (she) falls... for a threefold cord is not easily broken."

Find a prayer partner if you don't have a praying husband. Know that I am always praying for you. You can send me your prayer request; annie_oic@yahoo.com

Rev. 2:17,26-28
"He (she) that overcometh, and (keeps) my works unto the end, to him (her) will I give (power) over the nations; and he (she) shall rule with a rod of iron, as the vessels of the potter shall they be broken to shivers; even as I received of my father and I will give him(her) the morning star. He (she) that overcometh the same shall be (clothed) in ( white garments) and I will not blot his name from the book of life, but (will) confess it to my father before the angels.i will (write) upon him (her) my (new ) name
.

You will overcome this even though you may feel broken right now. For it is in our weekness that he makes us strong. We will have a new name and be clothed in white garmets. That makes me feel whole and loved. How about you.

James 1:24
"My sister count it all joy when you fall into divers temptations (knowing) this, that the trying of your faith (worketh) patience.(let) patience have her perfect work in you that ye may be perfect and entire lacking nothing."

Ephesians 2:4
God is rich in his mercy toward me(you). For He loveth me (you) greatly
.

You have the mercy of God and He loves you. God bless.

AGREEING WITH GOD ANNIE,OIC

Agreeing With God !
Sister Annie, OIC

The Lord judges me when I walk in my own integrity; but, I have trusted in the Lord; therefore I shall not slide. The Lord himself examines and reproves me. He tries the reigns of my heart. His loving kindness is ever before me. I have learned to walk in his truth. I praise him with a voice of thanksgiving. I tell others of His wondrous works. Lord, I love the inhabitation of thy house. I love to be where thy honor dwells. You have redeemed me and are merciful to me. My foot stands in an even place; in the congregation of the Lord, I shall bless Him. I shall serve others as unto the Lord, not with eye service as man pleasers but, as a servant of Christ. Doing the will of God from my heart. For that is who I really am, a servant and an apostle of the Lord Jesus Christ. I have obtained that like precious faith through the righteousness of God and our Savior Jesus Christ.

Prayer: Lord Jesus you are He who lives, was dead and behold You are alive forevermore. You have the keys to death, hell, and the grave. Thank You Lord Jesus for all you do for us. We praise You and Bless You in Jesus Name. Amen.

Free To Love - Annie, OIC

"Free to Love?"

"We are not free to love in the true intent of the word until we have truly found love."(Beth Moore)

"We are wrong to think we can make anyone love us the way we think we need to be loved."

I loved greatly for 10 years of my life to one man. I could never understand why he could not love me the same in return. I now know unless you have the love of God inside you, you will never love that intensely and I was wrong to expect him to give me what only God through the Lord Jesus Christ can give. Please do not depend on man to love you unconditionally. You will be very disappointed and hurt. Love the Lord Jesus with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength and pray earnestly for him to send you the one who will and can love you the way Jesus loves you. As Christ loved the church so much that he gave himself for it.
Psalm 143:8

"Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love. I put my trust (completely) in you.Show me the way Lord Jesus to go. To you, I lift up my soul. All I am or ever hope to be is all up to you.I ask you alone to fill my empty cup oh Lord. This hole in my soul can only be refreshed in you.Fill me with your unfailing love.I will stop passing it around to every other man I meet and except the fact that only you have the living water I need. You alone are my source.I am only complete when I am in you."
In Jesus love and embrace I am all I need to be.Amen.

Night unto night shows us your knowledge in how all things can exsist in the night life, the dark skies, the moon and stars, your creation that is alive at night I praise your wonderous works when I go outside.
You have even set a tabernacle for the sun. Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chambers, and it rejoices as a strong man who runneth a race.

Why Can't I Follow You Now - Annie, OIC

"Why Cant I Follow You Now"
John 13:37

(notes from;My Utmost for His Highest)

My friend there will be times when you wont understand why you are unable to DO what you want to do, right now in your situation. We all should wait for Gods' timeing in every situation in our lives. Gods' guidance comes with an ease and a flow that makes waiting bareable. He gives us his grace as we need it.

He will guide you through the storms in your life as he is guiding me through mine. I must learn to wait patiently day by day to receive the promises in his word he has shown me. I already know they are mine;I posses them in the spirit but now I must wait patiently and completely rely on him to finish it.If at this time you are having doubts and struggles then it is not of God. He is not the author of confusion. When he shows you something that is of his you will be at peace with it.Jesus knows you better than you know yourself, he knows when you are ready to walk in his divine nature. Follow as he leads and you will have much peace and joy. Be patient and he will show you when and how to move.
My Prayer for you

Comfort And Encouragement In The Lord! Annie, OIC

Comfort and Encourage Yourself in the Lord
Annie, OIC

Are you hurting? Do you feel rejected and alone? Do you think God sent someone in your life and now wonder if you were wrong? I know how it feels. I have spent a lifetime knowing all about hurting, rejection, pain, loss, unloved, unwanted ,unneeded, and downright discouraged. I tried alcohol, pills, sex, and religion. When all those things didn't work I finally turned completely to Jesus Christ as my only hope for this life. When he became my friend ,my husband and my lover then I became free.

Psalm 31:7
I am overcome with joy (the joy of the Lord) because of Gods' unfailing love, for he has seen my troubles, and he cares about the anguish of my soul.

Psalm 57:2-3
I call out to my God most high who holds me and keeps me together. He sends me my orders from heaven and he saves me.God delivers unto me generous love and makes (good) on his word to me.

Psalm 62:1-2
For God alone my soul awaits in silence;from him (alone) comes my salvation, He and he alone is my rock and my salvation, my defence and my fortress, I shall not (greatly) moved.

You must be determined in your passionate love for the Lord Jesus. Then you too can say, " I shall not be greatly moved from my rightful place in him."
Psalm 119:50
God is my comfort and consolation in my afflictions, his word has revived me and has given me new life.
Psalm 138:7-8
Although I am surrounded by troubles, my God will preserve me against the anger of my enemies. He will clench his fists against my angry enemies. His power will save me. {The Lord will work out his plans for my life} His fruitful Love endures forever.

TAKE NO THOUGHT - ANNIE, OIC

Drinking In Life -

"Take No Thought"

Sister Ann, OIC

Matthew 6:25
"Take no thought for your life"

Jesus knows our every circumstance. Well better than we ourselves do. He in his sovernity knows we should not be concerned with what we need.He is able to take care of all of our needs. Without our help. He is also able to fix and restore our circumstances. In the last week I have made the error of looking at the circumstances in my life in the natural. I should know better by now, I still stumble but, praise God for his mercy and his word that shows me when I am not in the faith.

His word tells me to " be anxious for nothing." I know he is able and I still look at my circumstances from the outside at times. I know I should never be anxious for anything and I ask forgiveness for my lack of faith. I must remember to keep my eyes on the "much more" of my heavenly father.

Prayer: Psalm 27
Lord Jesus, you are my light, and my salvation, of whom or what should I fear. You are my strength, of whom shall I be afraid. I behold your beauty, Thank you for hideing me in the secreat place and setting me on the rock. In Jesus name. Amen.

My Daily Prayer

Walking In Love And Forgiveness Annie, OIC

We Are Called To Walk In Love and Mercy.(Forgiveness)
Annie, OIC

God calls his children to walk in total love and forgiveness no matter what. Even in the ministry there are Christian brothers and sisters who do not want you to succeed. Did you know that? I didn't! I always thought that was only in the secular world. Sadly we have people in the church body who are hurting those who are called to love them and help them. Jesus still commands his elect to forgive and love and show his mercy not only to the world but to those who hurt us in the Body of Christ. Here are some scriptures that have helped me these lasts few days that I have spent hurting over those in the church who have gossiped and falsely accused me. I still love you and pray for our Lord and Savior to release you and bless you.

Deut. 10:12
What does the Lord my God require of me, but to (reverence) fear HIM and to walk in HIS Way. To Love Him and to serve HIM, with ALL my heart, soul, and mind and body. To acknowledge Him in Truth with everything I am or ever hope to be.} To serve Him with my entire being and personality. (My additions)

(Read John 13:34
)
God has given me one new commandment that I should love others as Christ has loved me.

"I will walk in love because God appeals to me to lead a life that is worthy of his divine calling to which I have been called with the behavior that is credit to the summons of his service. Living as is becoming for me, through him. With complete lowliness of mind which is humility and meekness which includes unselfishness, gentleness, patience, and bearing with others making allowances out of love for them."

Are you still struggling to do right unto others? The word repentance is often misunderstood in the church today. Remember that it is the devil who causes discord, divisions and accusations of the brethren. Be careful not to do the devils work for him. God grants repentance to acknowledgment of His Truth and that then looks into the heart and the spirit not the letter of the matter.

Psalm 25:5
He (God) will guide me in his truth and his faithfulness, he will teach me, for (he) is my God and my salvation. I wait for him expectantly all the day long
.

Lord Jesus I pray for all those involved in the OverComers in Christ Outreach Ministry. Grant them deliverance in whatever has them bound. That they may freely and unashamedly love, serve and worship you without fear of man and without evil judgment. Grant them their hearts desire. In Jesus name I pray amen.

Deliverance For A Believer Annie, OIC

Deliverance For A Believer
Annie, OIC

Many believers are bound today by addictions, bad hobbies, and bad habits. Most of them are good hearted Christians who really do love the Lord, they just don’t know how to be set free. What is needed is powerful Spiritual warfare prayers to break these addictions. Everything else is just a temporary fix for the moment. Alcohol, drugs, pills, and sex are what our flesh crave to make us feel better for the moment then we feel worse because we are feeling conviction. There are prayers of deliverance for the believer to pray to break those addictions for good.

Heavenly Father, I stand in faith on the authority I have in your word. Not because of who I am but because of what you did for me. I am a true believer I know your word says that Satan has great wrath at this time because he knows he has but, a short time left. As a believer I know you are the only answer I have of ever breaking this addiction. I know that the devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy the call you have on my life. Right now I bind the enemy and every evil plan he has over my life. For your word Lord, says that you have a good plan for my life. I thank You for the good plans You have for me. With each new day as I struggle help me to be strong and to continue to trust in You. I find my strength in Your goodness and guidance. I declare a release from all my addictions and receive renewed joy in living from this day forward according to your word in Psalms 21. Cleanse my mind of all darkness. Father God, you have sent Jesus to set the captive free according to your word in Isaiah 61. The shed Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ cleanses me and makes me free from addictions and its pain. Surround me with Godly people who can help me stay strong in your word. Keep me from people who might tempt me. I believe in your miracles, You are my deliverer. Drive back the stronghold of addiction. In Jesus name I pray. Amen. Lord we give you all the Glory

The Drawing Of The Father Annie, OIC

"The Drawing Of The Father"
Annie, OIC

Jesus Speaking:
"No man can come to me,except the father which hath sent me draw him"
John 6:44

When God calls me I must react in faith and come to him.Belief is the will to believe God.I am no longer confident in what I have done, I am confident only in God. I disassociate myself from all my old mental ways of thinking by putting myself over to his permissive will.
Overcoming unbelief
Lord if you speak to me regarding earthly things and I do not believe, how will I believe when you speak of heavenly things?(John 3:12)Lord, help me to believe you here and nowand not just in the things of heaven. For you are the God of heaven and earth.
Proverbs 22:17
Bow down thine ear, and hear the words of the wise, and apply thine heart unto mine knowledge.
Prayer

"Lord Jesus, what I have commited to you,you are able to keep."(Ruth)
We are to love others as Christ loves us.We are to let his love flow through usand let him give us wisdom and life.We are to worship him in spirit and truth and in the beauty of holiness. Not because he commands it from us, but because he is worthy of it,Amen."

A Meek And Quiet Spirit. Annie, OIC

“A Meek And Quiet Spirit.”
Annie, OIC

Our Adversary the devil wages his never ending war on us to intimidate, hurt, damage and destroy the work of God on our lives and to quench the power within us.
Revelations 12:17 says; then the dragon became angry at the woman, and declared war against her and the rest of her desendants which are all those who keep God’s commandments and confess they belong to Jesus Christ.

Genesis 3:15 says, and I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed, he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel.

John 8:44 says, you are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murder from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie he speaks of himself for the truth is not in him
.

Herein is proof that the devil hates the seed of Eve and his main goal is to kill, steal, and destroy the daughters of Eve.

Epesians 6:12 says for we do not wrestle with flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Myself and so many other woman I have come to know in these last few months I have been in ministry have been used and abused by many men in our lives causing much emotional damage and several battlescars in our souls. Our Soul is our mind, will and emotions. The devil and his principalities use men to destroy women. He mostly uses the mouths of men to destroy the calling of God on our lives. The devil knows if he can cripple us in our emotions he can keep us wounded for women are emotional beings. It is usually the men in our lives we love the most who do the most damage. Husbands, sons, fathers, pastors and counselors. Then once the damage is done it pushes us farther from God the Father. The devils goal is to cause us to destroy ourselves or cause us so much pain we hurt others instead of helping them as we are called to do. Many of us end up becoming the abusers ourselves not intending to nor knowing. We become useless and powerless in the kingdom of God because we are wounded and bleeding causing us to lash out at those we are to help, the men in our lives. I myself unknowingly until God showed me this morning have become the verbal abuser that I was wounded by.The question now ladies is this, how do we attempt to become the women of God that we were created to be in light of all this confussion and hurt. How can we possibly be obedient to the Father and submit to the Godly men and leaders in our lives when we have been hurt by men for years?

Ephesians 5:21-22 (Gods’ word commanding women to submit) says, submitting to one another in the fear of God.Wives, submit to your own husbands, as unto the Lord. 1st Peter 3:1 says, wives, likewise, be submissive to your own husbands, that even if some obey not the word, they, without a word, may be won by the conduct of their wives, when they observe your chaste conduct (holy, pure, respectful) accompanied by fear. (fear of the Lord enough to obey his word.)
1st Peter 3:3 says, do not let your adornment be merely the plating of the hair, the wearing of gold, or fine appearal, but let it be that meek quiet spirit that so pleases the Lord. ( the hidden person of the heart with the incorruptible beauty of a quiet gentle spirit which is precious in the sight of God
.)

This is how we are going to defeat the enemy in our lives and be the Women of God we are called to be. Humbling ourselves to the Holy Spirit inside us and letting him heal our hurts for it was not the men in our lives hurting us because they did not love us. It was the enemy and the powers of the air using the mouths of the men we love to cause us hurt and damage our souls so we will be inifective to the Kingdom of God. By Gods’ Grace forgive and release every man who has ever hurt you and ask God to bless him. No matter what he said or did. Forgive as you have been forgiven.

Prayer for you today” Lord Jesus, I speak Peace, your peace, healing, and restoration and in some cases reconciliation into the lives of your daughters. We have all been abused in some way or another by the men we love. Some of us have become useless and powerless for your kingdom because of it. Forgive those of us who have been made the abuser we were hurt and fueled by. Give us today complete and total healing and freedom from our pain and render us useless to be abusers by filling us with your power and love that we may do as you have comanded in your word. Your words are Spirit and they are Life. Speak over your daughters Lord Jesus. Lord, your word tells us to submit to our husbands as unto you for you are our Spiritual Husband and you want us to honor our earthly husbands as we do you. We ask that you would send complete healing to our souls and body that we may do this without disrespect or anger. We reject the spirit of rebellion and cast it away from us in Jesus name. Your word tells us to have chaste conduct that even if some obey not the word they may by seeing our fear and chaste attitude. Heal and restore us that we may have this chaste attitude your word tells us to have. Let us have this meek quiet Spirit you so adore in us to the fullest measure. We love you Lord and want to be complete and be obedient unto you heal us and restore everything back to us the enemy took in Jesus name I pray and agree amen. You Lord have healed us and restored us that we may be doers of your word and not hearers only.

Lord forgive me for becoming the abuser in my marriage. I do not wish to be a vessel of the enemy to cause my husband pain. Neither verbally nor physically. I do desire and speak fourth this meek and quiet Spirit you say I can have within me. I humble myself before you today and ask for mercy and grace, forgiveness and restoration that I may have all you died for me to have. I thank you that you love me and call me to do your will I will obey your word. In Jesus name I pray amen.

YOUR ATTITUDES ANNIE,OIC

Your Attitudes
Annie, OIC

Phillipians 2:5- let this mind be in you that was also in Christ Jesus. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also the interests of others.
Ephesians 6:7- with good will doing service, as to the Lord and not to men.

Are you always blaming others for your faults and mistakes? Pray about your circumstances and ask God to show you how to take responsibility for your actions. Do not get into the habit of blaming others for your mistakes.

Proverbs 3:30- do not strive with man without cause, if he has done you no harm.

Start learning how to make changes in your actions that will help you learn from your mistakes instead of taking the easy way out by blaming others. Ask for direction and a change of heart.

Prayer: Father God, please help me to have a right attitude even when you are disciplining me. In Jesus name I pray amen.

“Bonds Of Perfection” Annie, OIC

“Bonds Of Perfection”
Annie, OIC

Colossians 3:12-Therefore as the elect of God; Holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering, bearing with one another each others burdens, forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you so also you must forgive. But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection;and let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord; and whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

We are the elect of God, the called, the bride of Christ. We are Holy and beloved of God through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.Lord, we choose to put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, and longsuffering, bearing one anothers burdens. We are to forgive one another. If we have a complaint we are to deal with it and forgive it. Above all we are to put on love. The bond of perfection. Let the peace of God rule in your heart. We are to put on love for we are one body. We are to be thankful as we let the word of God dwell in us richly in wisdom and understanding.

“ Lord Jesus, I thank you for all you predestend me to go through that made me a partaker of your sufferings. I thank you for the tender heart you have given me. Help me use it to reach out to those in need. Thankyou for a compassionate heart. I know you are reshaping me to use me for your good purpose. Make me more like you Lord. Who am I that you would use me. Wait, I know who I am, I am yours. Use me for your glory. In Jesus name. Amen.

“Absorbing Wisdom”
From the book of Proverbs.

Wisdom for your heart, knowledge pleasant to your soul, discretion to preserve you, understanding to keep you, being happy, having something more precious than rubies, all in God’s word in the book of Proverbs. We should ask for all we can get out of proverbs.

When wisdom enters your heart, and knowledge is pleasant to your soul, discreation will preserve you, understanding will keep you.

Proverbs 3:13
Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gains understanding.

So shall the knowledge of wisdom be to your soul. If you have found it, there is prospect, and your hope will not be cut off.

Gods Word tells us that what He has joined together let no man put asunder. Yet many, like myself, were/are in marriages not joined by God. I’m not saying they were not married in a Church and I’m not saying that both didn’t say they believed in God but there are many who say they believe when in actuality they don’t; you know if you are married to one. And there are many who have been imprisoned in such abusive marriages to unbelievers (I was one) and false teachers in the Church through the use of guilt and bad counsel help Satan keep you imprisoned. But if you are someone who is separated because of stresses of these times. You both are Christian maybe suffering from immaturity, and lack of strength to do the spiritual warfare that’s needed then I want to share with you a Prayer for Reconciling your marriage in Christ:

.First you will need to let go of all resentment and bitterness. This should be prayed together if at all possible, when there is no strife involved. If not you can stand in the gap as we are for you.

THE PRAYER:
Heavenly Father, I come to you now in Jesus name. Life seems so unjust right now. The pain of rejection seems to be more than I can bare. Our past relationships have ended in strife, bitterness, and resentment. Father God, help us to let go and heal us from these hurts and pains so we will not keep hurting each other. You Lord bind up the broken hearted and break every bondage. I now receive your anointing that breaks these yokes over us. I recieve my emotional healing, in Jesus name. I agree according to your word in Isaiah 53:5 which says that " by your stripes we are healed." Thankyou for your grace and mercy to stand in this process. Thank You for your Holy Spirit who cousels and consoles me in this process. I will work out my salvation with fear and trembling. I am in full confidence that you are working all these things out for my good and according to Your good will and purpose. I choose to live a life of forgiveness, because you have forgiven me. I will make every effort to live in peace. I put off all anger, bitterness, resentment, unforgiveness, brawling, and slander. I choose to forgive my wife (husband) for every time she has hurt me, disrespected me, lied to me or deceived me in any way during our marriage. I forgive her and plead the blood of Jesus over her. Over her mind, will and emotions. I release her into your hands Father. Bless her and prosper her. I thank You for her. For your word says " he who finds a wife finds a good thing." I am thankful for the good wife you have given me. I desire to be kind and passionate to her. Help me to be all she needs. Thank You for watching over your word to perform it. Thank You that whom the Son sets free is free indeed. I have now overcome bitterness, and unforgiveness, in Jesus name. By the Blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimoney. Lord I recieve your mercy and grace. Thank You for restoring my marriage. I take my place at the foot of the cross and will stand in the gap for her. I stand against the devil and his demons who are attacking him/her in any way right now. They are attacking her faith in Your Word and Our Marriage. I plead the Blood of Jesus over him/her right now and command them to flee in Jesus name. Holy Spirit convict his/her heart right now for the wrongs he/she has done in our marriage that she may repent and let you restore us. Help me to remain sane, sober minded, self controlled, good natured, and temperate. So your Word will not be blasphemed or discredited. I am broken before You. I ask You to heal my marriage. Your word promises that ," if we believe on the Lord Jesus Christ we will be saved and our household." (Acts 16:31) Help us Lord to submit one to another. Help us to submit to you. Rebuke the plans of the enemy to destroy my family. We know the devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy marriages especially Godly marriages. I stand firm today and am confident knowing the devil has no power over you. (John 10:10) I thank You Father for hearing my prayers for my family. As for me and my house we shall serve the Lord. (Joshua 24:15) My family shall intimately know you Lord, Spirit, soul, and body. Watch over your word to perform it in Jesus name. We give you all the glory. Amen

The Cause of A Successful Marriage Annie, OIC

The Cause of A Successful Marriage
Annie, OIC

What is a successful marriage? I think I finally know the real key to that question. A successful marriage is a marriage between a man and a woman who are committed to each other and committed to God. God is love. Without God there is no life. As in marriage if there is no life, it withers and dies. Therefore, the cause of a successful marriage is tied completely into the love of God.

It is only through loving God through the love of his son Jesus Christ that we can ever attain a successful marriage. Can we have a marriage? Sure we can have anything we want. On our own and in our own efforts we can have a marriage. A marriage without God is a dead hopeless marriage. A couple can decide to stay in a lifeless marriage going through the same struggles day after day but, without God there is no life in that marriage and the couple will feel as if they are suffocating. However, if you love life and want your marriage to flourish and thrive and overflow on to others it must be based on the love of Christ. A successful marriage is a husband who loves his wife as Christ loved the church. It is also a wife who loves and adores her husband. On our own strength we can never enter into this kind of relationship.
Intimacy. Real intimacy comes from "knowing" God. Knowing God means to have a close intimate relationship with him through the love and fellowship with Christ. The bible says that a 3 fold cord is not easily broken. A 3 fold cord is a husband a wife and Jesus. A marriage like this will thrive and live and flourish for years without the fear of suffocation.

To try to have a marriage without the love of God who himself is all love is useless and will never last. A couple may try to keep figuring it out by themselves everyday but, it will not last forever. Many times I have seen a married couple end in divorce after 10 or 12 years. In this case it has been because either the husband or wife was a believer and they wanted their marriage to work. It takes both the husband and wife to want to make it work.

Three is unity. Unity brings intimacy. Intimacy brings a love no mortal man or woman can attain on their own. I myself tried for many years to make my husband do what I wanted him to do. It never worked for me. My husband is a very hard man to please, he is determined to always have his way. I instead turned my marriage over to God who has worked all things out through prayer and unity between God and fellow friends and believers.

I have always wanted a happy healthy marriage. A successful marriage through God and his spirit makes all things involved in a marriage just flow naturally, the way he created a marriage to flow. God did not create marriage to be hard and hurtful. Many people today are damaged and hurting physically and emotionally from a hurtful ungodly marriage therefore, they believe marriage is bad. A marriage is not bad in and of itself. Marriage is what God created in the garden of eden. He made Adam and Eve perfect in everyway. Adam and Eve had the flow and unity of the perfect marriage until sin came in. Today, God still desires for all of us to live in perfect peace and harmony in our homes.

God is all love therefore he wants us to love. We can not show love to the world around us if we can not show our husband or wife love. Everything else flows from that. If only the husband is showing love that will not work with long. Eventually he will leave or find another mate. If only a wife is showing love that will not work either. Eventually. If a husband is not loving a wife as God commands, the wife will leave and may find another mate as well. A marriage without love and sacrificial giving love of God will feel worthless and lonely. A wife whose husband refuses to give her the love of Christ will not be driven to do anything the husband requires of her. He may want her to cook or clean but, if she is not receiving love it is useless to expect to get anything done from her. A wife who is receiving the love of Christ from her husband, however; will do everything she can to protect his name. She will do all he requires and much more because she will be overflowing with the life her husband is depositing within her. Love is crucial to the survival of a marriage because without love it is impossible to please God.

Jesus died to give us life more abundantly so that we could give it to someone else. If you have not given your marriage to Christ please do so today. He will give you everything your marriage needs. It is only through his love, the purest love of the Father, that we can ever hope to have anything successful. Especially something as important as marriage. This is because marriage is the picture of Gods love for us. Having a successful marriage is only attainable through the love of God. A successful loving whole marriage is what God desires for us to have.

"The Lord Answers"
Sister Annie, OIC

From Psalm 20
The Lord will answer you when you are in distress. May the name of the God of Jacob protect you. May He send you help from His sanctuary and grant you support from Zion. May He remember all your sacrifices and accept your burnt offerings. May He give you the desires of your heart and make your plans succeed. May the Lord grant all your requests.
The Lord saves his anointed, and He answers from His Holy Heaven with His saving power in His right hand. We trust in the name of the Lord our God. We will rise up and stand firm in faith and wait upon the Lord the meet our every need. In Jesus Name, Amen.

TO THOSE THAT WAIT ANNIE, OIC

TO THOSE THAT WAIT
ANNIE, OIC

"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run; and not be weary; they shall walk; and not faint." (Isaiah 40:31)

To some of us waiting on the lord when we have prayed may be hard. We may feel like we have fallen flat on our face at times. But, through continued prayed and determination and daily bible reading, we learn to be lead of the Holy Spirit, he will teach us all things and help us get back on track and continue to wait on the Lord. God uses our failures to make us stronger in our faith, if we let him. We must learn to get back up and turn back to him for help. Then we learn through our hurts and failures how to wait upon the Lord. He will renew our strength. We learn and mature day by day.

If you feel you have failed to wait on God and his timeing, dont worry, he takes our failures and makes good out of it. turn back to the Lord, with your whole heart and never give up. keep praying and believing, wait on him through the power of the Holy Spirit, not in your own efforts, and he will give you the desires of your heart. He knows what you need during the wait. Have faith and only believe. (Psalm 37, Matthew 7:7)
