Faint Not Annie, OIC

Faint Not
Annie, OIC

Deut. 20:1,3,4
When you go fourth into battle (spiritual) against your enemies and you see their army is greater than yours, do not be afraid nor dismaid, or be in fear of them, for it is the lord your God, whom has brought you out of Egypt,( The house of bondage) it is He that is with you….let not your mind be troubled, nor let your heart faint: fear not, do not tremble, nor be ye terrified, do not dread them, for the Lord your God goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to save you..

What an awesome verse to read about when it seems like everything and everybody is coming against you no matter what you try to do: there someone else comes to put a spiritual dart in your spirit. The question I am asking myself is, is this attack of God trying to strengthen me or is it of the devil trying to destroy me?
Either way I am holding on to this verse that strongly tells me that God will fight it for me. I don’t have to. All I need do is stand on His word.

The faint in heart however, can not take much which is where I usually am. I am guilty of fleeing when times get tough especially in the Spirit because I cant see where I am going most of the time. When we are in an emotional state of mind we can not take much especially those of us who have already had a lot of abusive relationships. The first sign of trouble Im out the door. Fear, lack of commitment to God or faint at heart. Either way, the faint of heart have to have everything going their way to stick it out. We do that with God to, first sign of hard times were back in our carnal state, out of our spiritual journey and back on the paved light road to destruction until we hit a bump and then its back to the narrow and difficult road we go. Especially if God is leading us to new levels we have prayed for but did not quite know when it was coming. All the sudden there it is a new spirital level. It causes emotional fear.

I can relate, I get discouraged about the pettiest things and very depressed at times I cry over nothing, there are times I feel like a conduit, where I can feel a little bit of what others are feeling. These times can be scary and make me want to shut down my spiritual senses. These are the times I want to stop feeling anything. What do we do about it? What do we do when we are faint of heart? We throw our hands up and say “God I cant do this it is to hard”. “This is too much for me. Your putting to much on me at one time.”

I am so thankful that Jesus does not do that to me. He is a gentleman He waits. I thank God that through Jesus Christ my Lord I do not have to stay this way, I do not have to be a spiritual mess. There is power and anointing through Jesus Christ my Lord that can and in fact is breaking my faint hearted spirit. He is helping me to stand strong for Him and in my faith. He can and will for you to, just believe and it shall be done. I will say I can do all things through Christ who is within me and gives me the strength I need.

Lord Jesus Christ, I pray our prayers will come to your throne as incense. Let the lifting of my hands be as an evening sacrifice. In Jesus name. amen. psalm 141:2

Forgiveness Annie, OIC

Forgiveness
Annie, OIC

Ephesians 1:7- In Him (Jesus Christ) we (His children) have redemption through His shed blood; the forgiveness of (our) sins, ( and sins others commit against us) according to the riches of His grace, (Jesus)

This is why it is soo important that we forgive others their trespasses against us. In the Lord Jesus we have redemption and the power to forgive sins and hurts. He has given it to us, we must give it others. Many of us have a hard time forgiving those who have wronged us. What if God treated us this way? We would not begin to understand. We forgive one thing someone says to us but not the other. We pick and chose what we are willing to forgive on a daily basis. We tend to keep score of all the wrongs others have done us, including everything they owe us. Jesus clearly tells us we must forgive wrongs and debts others have toward us especially our brothers and sisters in Christ.

What if the Lord Jesus kept a scoreboard with our names on it and wrote would he would forgive based on how we treated Him that day? A big blackboard where He wrote what He was willing to forgive and what what He was not willing to forgive all based on how much we hurt Him that day. I am guilty of that very thing. I chose what I will or wont forgive and it makes me so miserable. What is the point in me being in hurt and misery all day because someone I love looks at me wrong, or appears to be doing something I have preserved across the room as doing. When in fact its my own self pitty and insecurities not my beloveds. I would have saved myself a lot of greif if I had just said outloud, Lord I forgive that look, that negitive attitude, or what I perseve is accouring to hurt me. Jesus is the healer of my broken or fractured heart and my emotions.

I am so thankful Jesus is not like me, I am glad when we ask forgiveness He is faithful and just to forgive and wipes the board clean. We should do the same after all He did say follow me. Through he shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ our sins are forgiven according to His riches in glory. Through His grace we have access to the blood of Jesus to chose to forgive sins of others and hurts they cause us. All we need do is use it. Lord Jesus I choose to forgive the hurts and pains others have caused me today and ask you to cover me with your shed blood and heal me in Jesus name. He gives us the grace we need to forgive others. In Jesus name. amen.

According to the book praying Gods word by Beth Moore, unforgiveness is bondage and sometimes needs to be broken with the word of God. Example prayers in this book are these; lord, as hard as this may be for me to comprehend or even rationalize, your word is clear if I want forgiveness, I must forgive.

Matt. 6:14
For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly father will forgive yours
.

Notice the key word are if you forgive and will forgive meaning if we don’t forgive others He will not forgive ours.

Father, according to your word if I judge others you will judge me. With the same measure as I judge you will judge me.

Matt. 7:1-2
Judge not least ye be judged. For with what judgement ye judge, ye also shall be judged and with what measure ye shall be measured.

We have no business judging what we see others doing we have a bad habit. Not only is it non of our business we perseve things wrong most of the time and cause severe hurt.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, the apostle Peter asked a very important question, “Lord how many times shall I forgive my brother when he sins against me? Up to seven times? You my Lord responded to his question by saying; “ I tell you, not seven times but seventy times seven.” Matt. 18:21-22 Lord help us to forgive others as you have forgiven us. In Jesus name. Amen.

Overcoming Life's Daily Issues Annie, OIC

Overcome Life’s Daily Issues
Annie, OIC

Luke 4:1,14
Verse 1
“And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan and was led by the Holy Spirit into the wilderness.”

The wilderness is the desert, the dry places of life. Notice in this verse that the Bible says Jesus was full of the Holy Ghost and led by the Holy Ghost into the wilderness.

Verse 14
“And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee; and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about
.”

We overcome life’s issues by remaining in the power of the Holy Spirit. It is apparently possible to go out full of the Holy Spirit and come back full even from the dry places in life. It does take daily maintenance for most of us. Some of us need a closer walk than others. Constant prayer and reading Gods’ word will make this possible. It is not possible to go to church only on Sundays and expect to walk in the fullness of Gods’ power all week it does not work that way. It takes constant communication with the Lord to walk in strength and power. Walk in His Love and mercy daily.

Prayer from Matthew 22: 37-38

Lord Jesus, I love you with all my heart, all my soul, and all my mind. This is the first and greatest commandment you have given me. I surrender all I am to you. You do not force me I give myself freely. Thank you for stealing my heart from this world. I embrace you and your truths. Nothing can separate me from the love of Christ. I am complete only in you. You are my Prince of Peace who always waits for me. Thank You Jesus. Amen

JESUS Annie, OIC

JESUS
Annie, OIC

Psalm 2
Serve the Lord with fear and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son least he be angry with you and you be destroyed in your ways. Blessed are those who take refuge in him.

Genesis 1:26
“let us make man in our image and in our likeness and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock over all the earth and over all creation that moves along the ground.”

Come to Jesus he has blessings unknown waiting for you. Come and drink his water of life from his golden cup of salvation. Do you know if you are wearing robes of righteousness or a robe of salvation. There is a difference in your walk here on the earth and there will be a difference in where you will be in the kingdom of God. Stagger not at the promises of God but be fully persuaded that he will do what his word says he will do. Walk in righteousness power and a sound mind and enter kingdom rest. The natural mind of man can not understand nor contain the things of God but, as you walk in the light of Gods’ word you will see in the Spirit and understand. Then your cup will runneth over and you will say its too much Lord, and he will say I am the God of to much. In fact I am the God of more than enough. When we run our cup over we call it waste, but when God pours our cup to overflow he calls it prosperity for the soul.

Remember this beloved, the heart of God is the Father, The Face of God is the son, The Lord Jesus Christ, The Voice of God is His Holy Spirit, but, the Hand of God is his bride the church. Walk in it.

Psalm 1
Prayer:
Father God, Great and Mighty Jehova, my delight is in your law. On your law I meditate day and night and seek your face, the face of my father. You watch over me for I am in your rightousness, I proudly wear my robe of righteousness. My cup of your prosperity for my soul runneth over. I freely drink deep the water of life you give in your golden cup. I praise you savior in Jesus name amen.

Are you In The Boat Or On The Waves Annie, OIC

Are You In The Boat Or On The Waves?
Annie, OIC
(From My Notes Taken During A Most Powerful Sermon By Pastor Richard Sego)

Matthew 14:22-33
(26)and when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, it is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.(have you ever been troubled by what Jesus is showing you to do?)
(27)but straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.

(is there something the Lord is showing you over and over to do and you cant do it for fear?) if so He is saying to you today, "be not afraid; it is I".

There are reasons for walking on the water. (walking in faith)
A. You must leave the boat to walk on the water. ( you must leave the warm traditions of religious practice and walk on the water with Jesus.)
B You must then in love and devotion to Jesus Christ launch out into the deep and do the impossible even if it makes no since to you or anyone else.
If the spirit of God is telling you to do it, just do it.

There are requirements for walking on water.
A. You personally have to want to be where Jesus is. He is in the shallow end at first but, after awhile he expects you to want to move out of the shallow into the deep. You must want to be with him more than that fear of failure you have.
B. He is waiting for you there wanting you to say, "Lord, bid me to come". Then he expects you to go in love and desire for him and his permissive will. Then in faith you must "get out of the boring religious boat."

There are rules for walking on water.
A. Don't' watch the waves."Peter started sinking because he was looking at the waves after he started walking in faith, instead of keeping his eyes on Jesus."
B. Do not listen to the religious, jealous, people who are to comfortable inside there little boat to launch out in faith and do anything. They will try to get you to get back in the boat. Keep your eyes on Christ and listen to his Holy Spirit.
C. Don't listen to the critics in the boat. Keep walking forward in Christ on the waves. The good news is if you do start doubting and sinking he will be there to lift you up just like he did Peter.

There are rewards for walking on the water.
"Being with Jesus, not in front nor behind, walking with him. On the waves is the reward."

Prayer
"Lord, Jesus, your word says that those who believe you are your sheep. Your sheep listen and know your voice. You know us; and we follow you. You give us eternal life, and we shall never perish. no one can snatch us from the Fathers' hand. For you and the Father are one."(John 10:26-30)

My Daily Prayer!

Lord, I come to you to worship you for you are great and greatly to be praised. I open my heart to you, teach me from your word. In Jesus' name. amen.

WHEN YOU ARE LONELY ANNIE, OIC

When You Are Lonely and You Need the Lover of Your Soul!
Annie, OIC

We all face days in this life when the people we love with all our hearts just don't understand our pain. There were times in my life when I literally had no one to turn to. That is when Jesus does his best work in us if we will let him. In times past I had turned to other things. Anger, rebellion, health problems, excessive weight gain had all occurred because I was not totally leaning on Christ. All these things are also curses that came on me from being yoked to an unbeliever. As soon as I determined in my heart that I was going to trust in Jesus and love him completely with ALL my Heart, Soul, Mind and Strength, and I stepped out in faith to the life God called me to along time ago. All those curses fell off of me. I have been completely delivered from the anger, bitterness, strife, confusion, weight gain, depression, fear, rebellion, and all my health problems. The scriptures in the bible even come alive more now than ever. I am not telling you to leave anyone. I am telling you to do what God is burdening your heart to do this moment. This scripture touched my heart yesterday like never before. Read it today with a fresh out look and let it speak to you. May the God of peace give you his comfort, in Jesus Name.

2nd Corinthians 1:3-4
Blessed be the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ who is the father of (sympathy)He pitys me and has mercy on me. My God is my source.
The source of my every comfort. He comforts me and consoles me in my every trouble, calamity, and affliction. So that I may also be able to comfort, and encourage those who are in trouble or distress, with the comfort of (him) will I also be able to comfort others who are in distress.

2nd Corinthians 4:17-18
In this (small) (temporary) trouble I am in it will bring me (tremendous) joy far greater than the trouble is. For I fix my attention not on the things that are seen but, on the things that are unseen (Gods' Kingdom) For the things that are seen (at this present time) lasts but for a moment, but what cannot be seen lasts for all eternity

2nd Thess. 2:16-17My Lord Jesus Christ himself and my God the father, who loved me and gave me everlasting consolation and encouragement and well founded hope (through) his Grace (unmerited favor) He comforts me and encourages my heart. He strengthens me and makes me (steadfast) and (keeps)me (unswerving)in every good work.

He will do the same for you if you will let him. He is no respecter of persons. God Bless.

My Daily Prayer!

Lord, I come to you to worship you for you are great and greatly to be praised. I open my heart to you, teach me from your word. In Jesus' name. amen.

Experience or Revelation Annie, OIC

Experience or Revelation
Annie, OIC

1 Cor. 2:12
"We have received the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are given of God."

The spirit of God takes me out of myself and my experiences, and identifies me with Christ. My experiences and not worth anything unless they keep me at the source, Jesus Christ. No experience is dearer to me than my Lord. There comes a time when God will make us impatient with our own experiences. No matter what our experiences are, we are to be sure of him. We should be careful of talking too much about our experiences to others. Other Christians might not understand what God is trying to show you. Faith that is sure of itself is not faith. Faith that is sure of God is the only faith there is.
The christian answer to any experience in life's experiences or revelations is fellowship with christian believers. Those who desire to be unified in the faith of our Lord and Savior. We need this to remain free from the bondages of sin and its cycle of defeat in our lives. Though lust, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. We renounce the hidden things of darkness. We have come to know and depend on the light of Jesus Christ. He is the way the truth and our life. We encourage each other in the Lord to forgive and forget the things of the past and to press forward for the calling of God in Christ Jesus, who is our Lord. In the past I was lukewarm in the faith, I was blinded by the schemes of the devil, I was taken captive by satans will in different seasons in my life. I was abused in my youth and at times in my marriage and other previous relationships. Even by my own mother whom I loved very much. I was traumatized and neglected. Improperly trained in the ways of Christ growing up. I have now learned to always in every occasion forgive those who have hurt me. I trust in Gods' promises that he will heal, deliver, protect, and comfort me for I am one of his anointed. For those who are still on the road to self destruction as I was, weather it be drugs, alcohol, or sexual passions. Having done much damage to ourselves by living this lifestyle, we seek God for you through his word and Jesus Christ our Lord. We ask him to open doors for you and make amends, to restore us and you where its needed most. For some of us he has already worked healing and restoration both in us and through us. We pray it for you as well. His divine nature and power turns into our testimony. All for his Glory. Having the past and temptations we all have we admit our need for more maintenance than most. We need friendships and meetings for continued support and direction to remain free from the addiction of sin. To follow the path of eternal and abundant life in Christ Jesus.

Ruth 4:13-17
"Blessed is the Lord who has not left you without a redeemer this day, may his name be famous in Israel, may he also be to you, a restorer of your old age."

Rev. 22:3-5
Father God, We look forward to an eternity void of the kingdom of darkness. No longer will there be may more curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and your servants will serve you. We will see your face, and your name will be on our foreheads, there will be no more night, we will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for you, The Lord God, will be our light and we will enjoy your reign forever and ever. In Jesus we have all the light we need to keep us from darkness. Lord Bless you.

My prayer

Lord, I come to you to worship you for you are great and greatly to be praised. I open my heart to you, teach me from your word. In Jesus' name. amen.

Justified By Faith Annie, OIC

"Justified by Faith"
Annie, OIC

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. By whom we also have access by faith; into his Grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God; and not only so, but we glory in tribulations also; knowing that tribulations work patience; and patience, experience, and experience, hope, and hope maketh us not ashamed because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy ghost who liveth in us.(Romans 5:1-5)

Now Read 2 Peter 1:1-11 "It Says It All"
Through faith and patience we receive the promises. His ways when we are still in darkness are higher than our ways as is His thoughts higher than our thoughts. If we keep our flesh buffeted and walk in the Light on His Spiritual Path His Light will then give us the Mind of Christ. Then we will stop trying to figure it all out; forgive and simply obey.

Acts 5:32 tells us that:
You receive the Holy Spirit when you obey. And to obey is to walk and do his will according to the faith that is in you. Do the fathers' business and he will take care of yours.

Romans 5:2
Through the Lord Jesus Christ we have access by faith into his Grace which we firmly stand. We rejoice and exult in our hope and experience and we enjoy the Glory of God.

In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

LOVE Annie, OIC

LOVE
Annie, OIC

God is love and in him is no darkness at all. Only light. There are people who actualy think God is happy when bad things happen to other people. Jesus died on the Cross for the sins of every man. We were born full of sin. A Holy God cannot tolerate sin. Jesus was and is the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. Please do not get happy when bad things happen to those you in your own self righteous judgement thinks should have happened because of what you think they did. It is not up to us to judge each others sin or motive for it, We are not the judge nor the law giver. Only God knows a mans heart. What we are suppose to do is love. Love is an action word. Love does something about a matter. we are to do as Christ commanded us to do.Love, feed, clothe, visit, show mercy, show grace, we are the hands and feet of the Lord Jesus, he is in our hearts, and should be in our actions, let us be doers of the word of God and not just talk aboput it.
